When compiling an IT Support job description, here is a selection of duties to include;
· Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
· Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
· Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

· At least 2 years previous experience as an IT is required.
· Knowledge in IT field information.
· Should have computer programs Knowledge.
· Ability to work with a team and get along with others
· Good work ethic and strong desire/competence to complete tasks in a timely manner as directed.
